This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced component which is specially designed for Lawn Mowers. This cable assembly consists of a metal wire cable with z-type bent ends, rubberized cover/body and a plastic clip. Blade control cable stops the blade when the control handle is released on walk-behind mowers. If the cable is broken it will cause the brake to not release even when the lever is pressed.
